This Privacy Policy explains how GN Consulting Vienna processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Austrian data protection law.

2. Data we process
When you submit the contact form we process the name, e-mail address, telephone number, link and message you provide. We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access data (IP address, request time, requested page, user agent). This data is required to operate the site securely and is deleted after a short retention period.
4. Cookies
This site sets only cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are used, and no third-party services are embedded. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is transmitted to external font providers. See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Recipients
Personal data is not passed to third parties, except to our hosting provider acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, and where we are legally obliged to disclose it.
